Monday (2/26):

The House and Senate sponsors and Dept. of Juvenile Justice Secretary have repeatedly confirmed that this will not impact treatment of transgender and nonbinary youth, but EQFL continues to request an amendment so that references to "gender" not be replaced with reference to a narrow definition of "sex"

Multiple lawmakers remarked last week that they received more than 1,700 emails on the Trans Erasure bill; there's no question that they're hearing us and taking note! As a reminder, three bills are in posture to be heard on the House floor, but have not been put on the agenda yet. They could be heard as soon as Thursday, so no need to delay in sending the full House:
