Action Alert: SB 420 Ending DEI ordinances and policies in municipalities and counties

SB 420 has it's first committee stop in the Senate on Monday at 4pm in the Community Affairs Committee.

This pre-emption bill prohibits cities and counties from passing ordinances, policies, or resolutions related to diversity, equity, and inclusion and provides a mechanism to easily remove elected officials who vote for these policies and creates a civil cause of action against these entities.
